At Archonx, all products are made especially for you once your order is placed. Because our items are produced using print-on-demand fulfillment, we do not keep inventory or restock returned items.

Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns & Exchanges

Since each item is custom made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong color or product

  • Buyer’s remorse

We strongly recommend reviewing sizing charts and product details before completing your purchase.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Misprinted

  • Defective

  • Incorrect compared to what you ordered

we will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

To submit a claim, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Your request must include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photo(s) showing the problem

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate and resolve the issue.


Wrong Shipping Address

If an incorrect or insufficient address is provided at checkout and the order is returned, customers may be responsible for reshipping costs once the correct address is confirmed.


Returned Shipments

Unclaimed or undeliverable shipments returned to our fulfillment facility may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.
